A large fabless semiconductor company is sued by another operating entity for patent infringement and asked to pay a multi-million dollar royalty fee.
Silver Bullet analyzed over 3000 patents for our client and created over 60 evidence of use (EOU) documents for US, EP, and CN patents for District Court and ITC litigation in just 4 months. We were strategic in choosing the current and high-revenue products of the target company while creating the EoUs. Our EoU documents were reviewed, approved and used by a Top-5 law firm in the counter litigation. We also built damages models against the litigant company. We used publicly available information and reverse engineering to create the EoU documents.
Our work enabled our customer to achieve an out-of-court settlement at a fraction of the original ask.
